入會資格: 凡受僱於信託及企業服務業 (以後簡稱“信託及企業服務業”或 “本行業”)的從業人員，包括在本行業的全職、兼職、或以其他方法聘用的僱員。有直接、間接、全部或部分的責任和工作上提供本行業的服務、協助僱主在本行業進行服務，並包括但不限於培訓、諮詢、顧問、後勤、管理、遵法合規、監督或推廣等等工作, 均可加入本會為會員。企業包括股份有限公司、擔保有限公司、無限公司、法定機構、國營企業、其他形式成立的法人團體、獨資經營、合伙經營、社團、職工會、非政府組織、非牟利團體等。信託是指根據《受託人條例》(第29章) 登記的信託公司. 入會申請 可按以下連結: [ 入會申請 ]

本會會員分類
本會會員可分為合格會員 (member) 與永久會員 (Permanent Member);
會員可用 TCSPGU Member (縮寫 MTCSPGU) 或 信託及企業服務專業人員總會會員;
而持有本會 “註冊合規審計師” (Registered Compliance Auditor)資格 可用 縮寫 TCSP.Reg.CA.
Eligibility for membership: All practitioners employed in the trust and corporate services industry (hereinafter referred to as the “trust and corporate services industry” or “the industry”), including full-time, part-time, or other employees employed in the industry. Have direct, indirect, full or partial responsibility and work to provide services in the industry, assist employers in providing services in the industry, including but not limited to training, consulting, consulting, logistics, management, compliance with laws and regulations, supervision or promotion, etc. Anyone who wants to work can join this Union as a member. Enterprises include joint stock companies, companies limited by guarantee, unlimited companies, statutory institutions, state-owned enterprises, other legal entities established in other forms, sole proprietorships, partnerships, societies, trade unions, non-governmental organizations, non-profit groups, etc. Trust means a trust company registered under the Trustees Ordinance (Chapter 29)
